Assistant was efficient and quick processing the prescription I was collecting on behalf of my husband. It’s really helpful to get a text when our prescriptions are ready.
Susan has cared for my family for many years and has always asked how they are doing, even our wee dog. She is always happy and cheery, knows her stuff (medically) and shows empathy when things are tough for the family. This goes a long way when life is hard. Susan always has a listening ear and gives advice. We are very blessed to have her at our service.

The pharmacist was extremely helpful. He took his time listening to my issues, he called an out of hours doctor and managed to have a Dr speak with me, he obtained and dispensed a prescription for me all while I was in the pharmacy. This was on a Saturday morning when there was no GP in a rural area.

When I enquired about an infected thumb I was advised to speak with the pharmacist who is licensed to prescribe. I didn’t know about this service and was pleasantly surprised. The pharmacist was extremely knowledgeable and clear in providing me with solutions
Colin and staff went above and beyond regarding my elderly mother who had not collected her regular medication. They notified the GP practice who then phoned me. I was on a 12hr shift and stuck in work so the practice nurse did a welfare check. Next morning I was able to collect medication for my mother. This level of care deserves recognition. The text service works well and always treated in a friendly, caring manner if speaking to assistants or pharmacists. Sympathy was shown during a recent bereavement, the benefit of having a local village service. Although I do not receive medication delivered to my home, I know many people who do and always praise the efficient, friendly, caring manner of the men who deliver their medications.
The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable. They interact with you professionally and are very friendly. Your home delivery drivers are very good and interact with you on the doorstep.
I find Davidson’s Chemists, Crosshouse to be very efficient and also extremely helpful in resolving any problem I’ve had. Very happy with their service.

On holiday and forgot blood pressure tablets. Was expecting a major hassle, phoning my doctor, getting a prescription sent up to Killin. Quite the opposite – couldn’t have been easier! I can now relax and enjoy the rest of my holiday rather than stressing about it.
All the staff working in Killin are friendly and professional. Assistants always ask pharmacist (Laura) if they’re not sure which product is best for customer. There was community concerns when the system changed from a GP dispensary but Davidson’s Chemist is a great asset to our community, can give advice and also prescribe and has longer opening hours (ie Saturday mornings).

I had a slight sore ear and couldn’t hear out of it at all, I went along to my local pharmacy and the pharmacist (Kath Linton) was very helpful, she was able to look into my ear and tell there was an infection. The pharmacist at my local pharmacy couldn’t treat so she got in touch with another pharmacy and checked that it would be ok with myself to travel here. Andy at Bridge of Earn was ever so helpful he spoke me through everything and treated me for an ear infection.
Put my repeat prescription in at the GP’s at 10:30. Picked up my meds from the pharmacy at 17:20. Fantastic service!!

I was unwell with a UTI so visited the Chemist for some advice and antibiotics, which the pharmacist, Emma was very helpful and kind as always. While I was waiting for the medication, I fainted, hitting the ground hard and was quite shaken. Emma and Maya (assistant) took care of me, contacted the local GP on my behalf, and ensured that I got home safely. I’ve had a couple of follow-up calls and been in store since and they have been so kind and caring. Truly lovely people and a credit to Davidsons and the village. Thank you!!
I went to see the pharmacist as I was feeling really poorly. He checked me over and then phoned the doctor and got an appointment for me that same day. I got sorted with antibiotics and steroid tablets. It was great service, and I just wish all pharmacists were as approachable as he was. Thank you for all the help I received. I will always come back.

All staff very friendly. One showed me to a seat and took my details to the pharmacist. The pharmacist examined my skin condition and asked a number of questions and provided (free!) a cream. This is the first time I have used this service provided by a pharmacist and I was most impressed. The pharmacist had the air of a Doctor of Medicine, and she inspired confidence. There is a weight of responsibility on all your staff and I just want to pay tribute to them. I found myself surprisingly moved by the service I received. Jokingly I said to her all that all that could be added was a cup of tea and a biscuit and maybe a few dancing girls to enliven the atmosphere. She smiled and said she would write to Davidsons for the funding. A wonderful service that takes so much pressure off our local health centre.

This is a first-rate pharmacy with lovely staff and a brilliant pharmacist. In a time when it feels hard to know where to turn for medical advice, the pharmacy is by far the most approachable place. Today, I received a pharmacist consultation and treatment and was made to feel like I wasn’t putting anyone out or making a fuss.
I always receive great service at this chemist. All the staff are very professional, polite, and knowledgeable about their roles and their work. The staff know their customers/patients and always treat us with respect and dignity.
