I received a very professional approach to my concerns regarding my hearing loss. It was explained very clearly what could be the problem, any risks involved with the procedure in checking were very clearly explained in a simple, clear fashion and depending on what was found, I was given the various options for treatment.
I opted to have my ears checked for a build up of wax which was found to be the problem, the procedure for clearing this as well as any risks involved were very clearly explained and I felt confident to have this procedure carried out.
The member of staff made sure I was comfortable at all times during this and kept explaining what was happening at all times.
I was then given a Hearing Test and had the results of this explained in a very clear and easy to understand fashion.
I was told that these results would be stored in my records and would be available for comparison if I had another test at a later date.
I was also told that not to hesitate to return if I had problems in the future.
