Contracted to reduced hours (Half days Mon-Wed-Fri-Sat, whole day Tues-Thurs closed 1-2pm for lunch)
Suited to experienced pharmacist managers although there is support for those newly qualified, and everything in between. We are happy to consider flexible and portfolio working.
Your role as manager will be to lead your team, support their development and progression.
You will have accountability for governance and delivering the role of Responsible Pharmacist.
Manage the services provided from the pharmacy with a focus on exceptional patient care.
Look for opportunities to expand the business through NHS and Private services.
Take accountability for profit through stock management and efficient service delivery.
