Customer Feedback Procedure

We at Davidsons Chemists are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality pharmaceutical services and welcome your feedback to help us continually improve.

We value your input and encourage you to share your experiences through our Customer Satisfaction Survey, or via our general Contact Form, email or over the phone.

If you have any feedback, concerns, complaints or suggestions, you may also contact the Pharmacy Manager directly.

All feedback will be carefully reviewed, and we aim to provide a response to any complaints within 20 working days wherever possible.

For professional matters requiring further investigation, our Feedback and Complaints Officer will take charge of the process and report back to you.

If you remain unsatisfied after our review, you will have the option to escalate the matter for independent investigation by the Health Board and the General Pharmaceutical Council (contact details available from the Pharmacy Manager or our Head Office).
