Our Prescription Services
Our pharmacies offer a fast and efficient dispensing service for both NHS and private prescriptions.
If you plan to wait for your prescription, we aim to ensure that you won’t have to wait longer than 10 minutes. If we can’t meet this timescale, we will let you know. Alternatively, you are welcome to drop off your prescription and collect it later.
We can also collect your prescription from your surgery, notify you when it’s ready, or in some branches, place it in 24/7 lockers for convenient collection. Please register below for these services. Additionally, most of our branches offer a delivery service for housebound patients.

Repeat Prescription Collection Service

If you have a repeat prescription, save time by registering for our Repeat Prescription Collection Service. Simply authorise us to collect your prescription from your doctor on your behalf, and our team will take care of the rest. You order your prescription in the usual way.

We will check your prescription and have your medication ready for you whenever you visit the pharmacy. Please give at least 72hrs to come and collect your medication, this allows time for your surgery to authorise your prescription and for us to check and prepare.

Notification Messaging Service

By registering for our Notification Messaging Service, you will receive text messages when your prescription is ready or to remind you of any medications awaiting collection.

24/7 Automated Prescription Collection

At selected pharmacies embrace the convenience provided by our collection locker service. With 24/7 access, collecting your prescription is quick, safe, and secure. When your prescription is ready for collection, we’ll send you a text message with your unique PIN number. Simply collect your prescription at your convenience via our secure touch screen and automated dispenser.
