I contacted the pharmacy needing an urgent ear suction appointment for my mum before taking her on holiday. I was running out of options and feared the holiday was going to be a bit of a disaster, but the person I spoke to on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful and managed to find a same-day appointment for us. Mum was quite nervous about the procedure, but Gráinne, who carried it out, was so kind and calming that the whole thing went without a hitch. Holiday saved! We were also able to have an indicative hearing test and arrange a referral for a more in-depth test to see if Mum might benefit from hearing aids. I couldn’t have been more grateful for the support, or happier with the service.
