Our community pharmacy in Letham is looking for a motivated new team member! 

This would be a full-time contract for 37.5 hours per week.

 

Your Accuracy Checking role

As an Accuracy Checker or Technician, you’ll work under the direct supervision of our responsible pharmacist, applying your technical skills and attention to detail to dispense medications accurately. You’ll conduct the final accuracy check on prescriptions that have already been clinically assessed by a pharmacist, ensuring a safe and efficient process.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting dispensary operations.

Who are we looking for

For Technicians: You hold an Accuracy Checking Technician qualification, are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and comply with professional pharmacy standards.

For Dispensing Assistants: You have completed or are working towards an accredited Accuracy Checking Dispensing Assistant course.

Strong attention to detail, IT literacy, and numeracy skills, with high levels of concentration.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and inspire high standards.
