Congratulations to Mhairi from our Dundee Menzieshill pharmacy!Mhairi demonstrated exceptional care and professionalism in a critical situation, going above and beyond to provide outstanding support to a patient in need. When the patient became suddenly very unwell, Mhairi’s first aid skills and quick thinking were crucial. She swiftly put the patient in the recovery position and began chest compressions, staying calm and focused until the ambulance arrived. The patient started breathing before the paramedics arrived, and has since made a good recovery.
We know that extraordinary efforts are happening across our company every day, often without us knowing as they might think ‘I was just doing my job’.
