Des went above and beyond when a young girl entered the pharmacy, showing signs of an allergic reaction. After a careful assessment, Des administered an antihistamine but noticed her condition was worsening. He immediately called 999, and as her condition continued to deteriorate, he acted swiftly, administering an EpiPen. Thanks to Des’s calm and decisive actions, the paramedics arrived, and the young girl was safely taken to the hospital.
