Our community pharmacy in Milnathort is looking for a motivated new team member!
This is a full-time position for 37.5 -40 hours per week.
Are you an experienced and motivated leader with a passion for people and operations? We are seeking a dynamic Non-Pharmacist Pharmacy Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our community pharmacy. While this role does not require GPhC registration, you will play a vital part in the business, ensuring the branch runs smoothly, meets its goals, and delivers first-class customer care.
About the Role:
As Pharmacy Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team, support the delivery of community pharmacy services, and ensure our patients and customers receive excellent service. You’ll work closely with the pharmacist to maintain compliance, manage stock and processes, and create a positive, efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding service and results
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- Support pharmacy services, including health promotions and NHS initiatives
- Drive performance against KPIs, including service, and efficiency
- Handle administrative duties, reporting, rotas and audits
- Act as the first point of contact for patient and team issues
About You:
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally in pharmacy, healthcare, or retail
- Confident team leader with excellent organisational and communication skills
- IT literate with experience using store or pharmacy systems
- Experience in a pharmacy environment is desirable but not essential
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable
